Bahan :
250 gr Daging Sapi/Kambing
100 ml air
2 bh Cabai Merah, iris serong
1 bh Tomat, potong dadu
1 bh Paprika Merah, potong kotak
1 bh Paprika Hijau, potong kotak
2 sdm Kecap Manis
1 sdm Petis, cairkan
Bumbu Halus:
4 bh Bawang Merah
3 bh Bawang Putih
¼ sdm Jahe, cincang kasar
2 sdt Air Asam
1 sdt Merica, tumbuk kasar
Garam secukupnya
Gula secukupnya
Kaldu Sapi Bubuk secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang.
2. Masukkan tomat, masak hingga tomat layu.
3. Masukkan daging, aduk sebentar. Kemudian tambahkan petis, air, dan kecap manis. Aduk hingga merata. Masak hingga daging lunak, tambahkan cabai merah iris, sisihkan.
4. Tusuk daging yang tadi secara selang-seling dengan paprika.
5. Panggang di atas pan/teflon hingga daging kecoklatan.
5. Angkat dan sajikan.
