Bahan
1 kg Ikan Tengiri 700 gr Tepung Sagu Tani 500 ml Air 30 gr Garam 2 sdt Kaldu Bubuk 1 sdt Lada 100 gr Telur
Cara membuatnya:
1. Haluskan daging ikan, tuang air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata. Beri tepung, uleni hingga rata dan kenyal. Bubuhi garam dan kaldu bubuk, uleni rata.
2. Masak air dipanci hingga mendidih. Ambil sedikit adonan dengan sendok teh, celupkan dalam air mendidih. Biarkan hingga mengapung. Angkat.
Sup Udang
Bahan
250 gr Udang, cincang 250 gr Bengkoang, potong bentuk korek api 50 gr Jamur Kuping, rendam, potong halus 15 bh Bawang Merah, iris halus 10 bh Bawang putih, iris halus 5 ltr Air atau kaldu ikan 1,5 sdt Lada Halus 3 sdt Kaldu bubuk bila suka 5 sdt Garam Sedikit minyak untuk menumis Bawang merah goreng dan rajangan daun seledri untuk taburan
Cara membuatnya:
1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan udang, masak hingga berubah warna.
2. Masukkan bengkoang, jamur kuping dan semua bumbu, aduk rata.
Tuangi air, biarkan mendidih.
3. Sajikan Tekwan dengan Sup Ikan, taburi bawang merah goring dan seledri iris
