Pada tanggal 6 Desember 2023 ini, InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah akan menyelenggarakan prosesi “Christmas Tree Lighting” atau penyalaan lampu pohon Natal hotel dimana para tamu dapat menikmati makanan yang dibuat oleh seniman makanan dessert yang berbasis di Singapura, Janice Wong. Jenice Wong sendiri sangat piawai menyajikan aneka desserts Selama bertahun-tahun, mulai dari Inggris, Jepang, dan Korea, karya sensasionalnya berkembang ke Sydney, Australia, serta Indonesia.
