Bahan:
60 gr Susu
20 gr Susu Evaporasi
20 gr Matcha Bubuk
20 gr Krim Kental
20 gr Kental Manis
10 gr Madu
10 gr Pasta Pistachio
50 ml Air Hangat
Es Batu secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
1. Campurkan matcha bubuk dengan air hangat bersuhu 70–80°C. Aduk atau kocok hingga larut dan berbusa. Sisihkan.
2. Dalam wadah terpisah, campurkan susu, susu evaporasi, dan kental manis. Aduk sampai semuanya tercampur rata. Masukkan krim kental, madu, dan pasta pistachio ke dalamnya. Aduk kembali. Sisihkan.
4. Siapkan gelas saji, masukkan es batu secukupnya ke dalamnya. Tuangkan campuran susu ke dalam gelas. Lalu tuangkan matcha secara perlahan di atas lapisan susu untuk dapat memberikan efek gradasi warna yang cantik.
