Thai Vermicelli & Shrimp Salad

Bahan:
200 gr Bihun
20 bh Udang Rebus
1 bh Wortel, iris tipis/parut
5 bh Cabai Rawit Merah, iris
7 bh Cabai Keriting Merah, iris
5 bh Bawang Putih, cincang
100 gr Daun Ketumbar
1 bh Jeruk Nipis, ambil airnya
Garam secukupnya
Gula Pasir secukupnya
3 sdm Kecap Asin
2 sdm Kecap Ikan
Kacang Tanah Sangrai secukupnya
Air secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
Rendam bihun dalam air panas selama 10 menit. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Campurkan bihun dengan irisan wortel, udang, kacang tanah sangrai, daun ketumbar, bawang putih, cabai rawit, dan cabai keriting. Bumbui dengan kecap asin, kecap ikan, garam, perasan jeruk nipis, dan gula pasir. Aduk semuanya sampai tercampur rata.
Masukkan ke dalam lemari es selama 30 menit.
Setelahnya, keluarkan dari lemari es dan salad pun siap untuk dinikmati.
