Bubur Ayam

Bahan:

100 gr Beras

70 gr Daging Ayam Dada

10 gr Bayam, iris

1 bh Wortel, cincang

1 bh Bawang Merah, haluskan

1 btg Daun Bawang, iris

Garam secukupnya

Lada Bubuk secukupnya

Air secukupnya

Bawang Goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

  1. Cuci dan bersihkan beras. Sisihkan.

  2. Bersihkan daging ayam. Lalu rebus dengan menggunakan air hingga matang dan empuk. Angkat ayam dari airnya. Lalu potong daging ayam sesuai selera, sisihkan.

  3. Rebus beras dengan menggunakan air rebusan ayam hingga matang.

  4. Lalu masukkan potongan ayam, bawang merah yang sudah dihaluskan, dan wortel ke dalamnya. Aduk.

  5. Tambahkan potongan bayam dan daun bawang. Lalu bumbui dengan menggunakan garam dan lada bubuk. Aduk sampai mengental dan menjadi bubur.

  6. Setelah matang, angkat bubur. Taburi bagian atasnya dengan menggunakan bawang goreng.
