Bahan:
1 kg Ikan Kembung
1 bh Royco Bumbu Kaldu Rasa Ikan
30 gr Asam Jawa
80 ml Air Mineral
Minyak Goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
Cuci dan bersihkan ikan, sayat di kedua sisinya.
Campurkan asam jawa dengan air mineral.
Taburi ikan kembung dengan Royco Bumbu Kaldu Rasa Ikan dan beri larutan asam jawa. Diamkan selama 10 menit.
Panaskan minyak di dalam wajan, goreng ikan yang sudah dibumbui hingga berwarna kuning keemasan.
Angkat dan tiriskan. Ikan goreng kembung siap untuk disajikan dan dinikmati bersama nai putih.
