200 gr Kentang
100 gr Kornet Sapi
7 bh Bawang Putih, potong
1 btg Daun Bawang, iris tipis
1 btr Telur, kocok lepas
Lada Bubuk secukupnya
Kaldu Sapi Bubuk secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
Minyak Goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
Kupas dan bersihkan kentang. Lalu potong-potong sesuai selera.
Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu goreng kentang hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan. Lalu haluskan.
Tumis potongan bawang putih dengan sedikit minyak hingga harum. Angkat dan haluskan.
Campurkan bawang putih bersama dengan kornet sapi, potongan daun bawang, dan juga kentang yang sudah dihaluskan. Bumbui dengan menggunakan lada bubuk, garam, dan kaldu sapi bubuk. Aduk sampai semuanya tercampur rata.
