Bahan:
500 ml Santan
300 gr Terubuk atau Tebu Telur
200 gr Kol, potong dadu
10 bh Cabai Merah Keriting
8 bh Bawang Merah
5 bh Bawang Putih
5 bh Kemiri
5 bh Daun Salam
1 bgks Soun
1 btg Seledri, iris halus
1 sdm Gula Pasir
1 sdt Lada Bubuk
Garam secukupnya
Bawang Goreng secukupnya
Minyak Goreng secukupnya
Air secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
1. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, dan kemiri.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan. Masukkan daun salam. Masak hingga layu dan harum. Masukkan potongan terubung ke dalamnya bersama dengan sedikit air dan santan. Masak hingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan potongan kol. Lalu masukkan soun ke dalamnya. Aduk.
4. Bumbui dengan menggunakan garam, lada bubuk, dan gula pasir. Masak hingga kuahnya mengental.
