Bahan:
100 gr Striploin (Daging sapi)
80 Tepung Terigu
80 gr Tepung Panko
30 gr Unsalted Butter
25 gr Saus Truffle Cheese
10 gr Mayones
2 bh Telur
2 bh Milk Bread/Japanese Shokupan
Garam secukupnya
Lada Hitam secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
Oleskan unsalted butter pada kedua sisi roti, lalu panggang di atas wajan sampai kecoklatan dan garing.
Bumbui daging dengan menggunakan garam dan lada hitam, diamkan di dalam kulkas selama 15 menit.
Lapisi daging dengan menggunakan tepung, telur, dan tepung panko secara berurutan. Lalu goreng daging selama 3,5 menit hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan. Tiriskan.
Susun roti dan olesi dengan mayones dan saus truffle cheese di kedua sisinya. Letakkan daging di bagian tengah dan tutup dengan menggunakan roti. Potong menjadi dua bagian. Hidangan siap untuk dinikmati.
